Add more filter options for customers in 'Requests' list

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      It'd be great if the customer had more options to filter the Requests list.
      For example by:

      • Version
      • Custom fields (f.ex. platform)

      It'd also be nice to have the sortable columns.
