issue link in customer portal (custom field)

      Hi,

      is it possible to create a custom field (Select List (single choice)) with options of other issues (issue Picker) and link it to the issue.

      Background: We have our Asset Management ** realize in Jira. Their are more Asset projects, and each asset get a new issue.

      So, now we like if their is a support case, the costumer should direct must link his asset with the support issue (required field).
