Sometimes it's possible (due to a project) that you need a new request type only for a few weeks.
When you delete a request type the message says:
Are you sure you want to delete the Get access to a printer request type?
Issues created with this request type won't be affected.
This note is not correct. When you remove a request type then the following happens within the customer portal:
- the request type icon switches (random or everytime the robot?)
- all details which are entered fields within the create event are not visible to the customer portal
It would great to have the ability to archive those request types which are not needed anymore and no customer can choose this again or you can re-enable it if needed.
