      Problem Definition

      When providing support within an internal technical support environment, it is useful to be able to collect an end-user's client details, such as OS and Browser

      Suggested Solution

      Similar to JIRA Issue Collector Collect browser info option add a collection mechanism to the customer portal to auto populate these details on a support request in Service desk issues
