Issue Summary
In JIRA service desk, it is possible for a user to belong to multiple organizations.
Can a functionality be added so that when a customer creates an issue from the customer portal, they are required to select an organization the issue is to be shared with rather than doing this after the issue has been created?
Use Case Scenario
If a customer is a member of multiple organizations. If he decides to raise an issue and the issue is meant to alert only members of a specific group, there is no way to ensure the customer selects an organization when they create the issue or even after the issue has been created.
Suggestion
Add a functionality that allows the project admin to force the selection of the organization field when it is required for the project in question.
