Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a Service Desk project "IT Service Desk"
- Create several requests in the project
- Create an Organization called "A"
- Login as a user that has "Service Desk Team" role of Project ISD but, it does not have the JSD license.
- Navigate to Issue Navigator via Issues > Search for Issues
- Change to "Advance" search.
- Put the JQL search below:
project = ISD
- The issue coming from ISD projects will be listed.
- Add more condition on the search like below:
project = ISD AND Organizations = "A"
Expected Result:
- No issue will be listed as there is no request raised under the "A" organization.
Actual Result:
Notes:
- With AutoComplete works when searching for Organization means that they are able to view the values.
- The collaborator itself able to view the ticket from the project without the column being defined in the search.
