Summary
Status is being shown as NULL at the Service Desk Customer Portal
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Service Desk project
- Create a new workflow for this project
- Link this new workflow created to the Service Desk project
- Login with a customer account at the Customer Portal
- Add a new comment and check the status set as NULL
Expected Results
Status shows the correct value
Actual Results
The status is being as shown as NULL as the screenshot below
