      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Service Desk project
      2. Create a new workflow for this project
      3. Link this new workflow created to the Service Desk project
      4. Login with a customer account at the Customer Portal
      5. Add a new comment and check the status set as NULL

      Expected Results

      Status shows the correct value

      Actual Results

      The status is being as shown as NULL as the screenshot below

       

      Workaround

      Refresh the browser page to show the correct status
