Problem
Our workflow has many statuses that we display to the customer. Some are specific in that the ticket is waiting for the customer's response and our customers are currently having the most trouble location those tickets so being able to pull the tickets up by status would be helpful to us.
Suggestion
Let customers be able to sort based on the status of the ticket on Customer Portal
