Problem Definition
At the moment, it is not possible to distinguish between internal or customer facing comment notifications.
Suggested Solution
Add a label to the notification to allow the notification receiver to distinguish internal comments from public comments
Why this is important
For an organization which receives a large number of requests and would like to have a way to distinguish between internal and public comments in order to better triage the notifications, they receive from the Jira Service Desk.
