Using http://jira/jira breaks Queues and Reports in Service Desk view

      Summary

      Strange but true, if you use http://jira/jira as JIRA's base URL the Service Desk views for Queues and Reports fails to render

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure base URL as http://jira/jira
      2. Navigate to a service desk project, for example: http://jira/jira/browse/TEST
      3. Select Queues, http://jira/jira/projects/TEST/queues
      4. Select Reports, http://jira/jira/projects/TEST/reports

      Expected Results

      Queues and Reports loads

      Actual Results

      Queues and Reports fail to load

      Notes

      • sd-har-files.zip - HAR files captured of Queues and Reports links failing to load. Also includes Customers link which loads as expected
      • No other problems occur within JIRA when using http://jira/jira

      Workaround

      Use a fully qualified domain name
