Description
Steps to reproduce
- In an instance that never had Service Desk before, install the JIRA Service Desk Add-On;
- Reindex JIRA;
- Create a new Service Desk project;
Current behaviour
As shown in the screenshots, duplicate field configuration schemes are being created without being associated with the created Service Desk project. Also, the service desk field configuration which is also automatically created is not associated with any of the duplicated schemes. The default field configuration is associated with Service Desk's duplicate schemes instead.
Expected behaviour
Fix the duplicated field configuration schemes, the missing project association and adjust the field configurations.
