Problem Definition
When viewing the Customer Portal, users may search for key words that bring up a filtered result list of requests types that match the keyword typed in.
Currently, this list brings back a maximum of 4 results regardless if it matches more results. As a user, I'd like to have the results come back in a pagination or way to view the full list of results
Suggested Solution
Adding a pagination option or ability to select a link that displays all matching results.
Why this is important
Customers can filter down request types and would help prevent them from creating request types in the wrong area
Workaround
provide more specific /unique request type names for the search results to bring back.
