Service Desk Reports Plugin causes ORA-00972

      The Service Desk Reporting creates tables with names that exceed the Oracle naming limit of 30 bytes, resulting in ORA-00972:

      Example name:

      • AO_0201F0_KB_HELPFUL_ARTICLE_AGGR

      This will fail for any customers running Oracle db.
