      Problem Definition

      With the recent enhancements to allow them to be customized (which are fantastic), it no longer adds our logo to the footer.

      Suggested Solution

      Create a variable called "Help Center Logo" which will allow customer to use it in the template window.

      Workaround

      When using it on HTML mode, just insert the following tag with the link to your logo:

      <img src="https://www.enterpriseirregulars.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/atlassian-rockercharlie.png">
