      Problem Definition

      In JIRA Service Desk, Customer Portal only accounts do not have the option to change their email address at domain/servicedesk/customer/user/profile

      Suggested Solution

      • If it's permitted for anyone from any domain to sign up as a customer, then they should be provided an option to change their email from that page.
      • Alternatively, if the domain is restricted, then they should still be able to change their email but have to enter an email that contains the same domain.

       

      Workaround

      • Administrator can change their email via User Management.

            we had try to find user in user management, but not list in that customer user. He is one of project customer. just have portal access. anything wrong in our side ?
