Summary
The Request count on the top right of the Customer Portal doesn't take into account Security Levels. This means it will show more issues than the customer can actually access and see from the page itself
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a security level where the reporter doesn't have access to the ticket
- Have a customer create 2 requests
- Apply the security level to 1 of the requests
- Applying this means the customer isn't able to view his/her own request
- As the customer, view the customer portal and check the Request count on the top right
- Also click on it to view all the request created by this customer
Expected Results
- There is only 1 request which can be seen in the page by the customer
- The count on the top right shows 1
Actual Results
- There is only 1 request which can be seen in the page by the customer
- The count on the top right still shows 2
Notes
- Tested with 7.1.8 and 7.2.1
