Currently, within Service Desk reports, the user is only able to choose the predefined series such as Tickets created, Resolved, etc.. Even though the user is able to define their own JQL. But it will nice to have the ability to define their own series. As for instance, if the user chose the Series to be Tickets created and then chose the JQL filter to include tickets which are in Unresolved status, The report will only show those tickets which were created AND still not resolved in that period of time.

I am looking for this since a while. Would be great to have it implemented.

            Hi,

I am looking to make a report stating how many open (not resolved) tickets there are at the end of a week to show the total number is creeping up and we need more resource, but can't do this with the standard series.

When is the define your own series feature going to be looked at?

            Hi,

Just wondering when this feature would be available. Looks like its open since 2014?

            Thanks,

            Divya

We have a customer that has an SLA on completing a request by a date they select...ie. request date vs actual date. I can't see how we can report on this at all without a custom series. If anyone knows please let me know, otherwise I vote for this improvement.

In addition to the standard created vs resolved, I also wanted to include a series for "rollover tickets".  I want to run a report that shows all tickets created in a particular month, all the tickets closed that month and all the tickets that were unresolved from the previous month.

I want to show that month over month for the previous year

We need to pull reports to show time spent by each agent, right now there's no report or chart in Jira that can accomplish this.

We have a custom date field called Change Start - the date and time that a change event (system maintenance) is going to start. I want to see a report using change start as the series, then I will have lines for the different types of change (major, normal, minor). This run chart will help me understand the change volume. The I will overlay incidents by creation date to see if there is any correlation between the volume of changes and the volume of incidents.
