Ability to retrieve mail from File System instead of POP or IMAP

      As the administrator of JIRA Service Desk, I would like the ability to configure the Service Desk mail channel to retrieve mail from the local file system.

      The JIRA Core mail handlers are able to retrieve mail from the local file system but these mail handlers are not able to bypass the license and permission requirements so that customers can create and comment issues.
