      Problem Definition

      If there's no Service Desk project created in JIRA, user will see a message below when viewing the Help Center. The message is misleading sometimes.

      It looks like you don't have access to this Help Center. If possible, please try contacting us another way.

      Instead of a message sounding like a permission issue, please indicate the real problem i.e. no Service Desk project found.
