      Problem Definition

Currently it is not possible to list tickets in the queue to be sorted according to Created Time. It is only possible to sort according to Created Date only.
Or apart from that a column with tittle of Created time is not available. In case user is interested to have such information displayed.

      Suggested Solution

To add a column as Created Time.

Odd.  It's obviously tracking the time because I can hover over the "Created" column and it will display a popup that includes the time.  We've only been using Service Desk for a few months and I can't tell you how many times we go "it doesn't do that out of the box? crazy.."

Even though I understand that time is included in the sorting, I would love to have it displayable.

Honestly, how is this not an OoTb feature?

My fault, we have a plugin with a very similar name, which handles queues collapse ... if both work together we might give it a try

            Hi Rudolf,

Add "Created" as a new column in your queue - as I presented on the previous screen.

If you still don't see what you want, please raise a ticket on our Customer Portal.

            Cheers,

            Kate

As a workaround we set the value of the "Day/Month/Year Format" field in /secure/admin/LookAndFeel!default.jspa

            dd/MMM/yy h:mm a

This should be considered a workaround at best since it's a global setting, it would be preferable if SD allowed configuring these fields.

The problem description is not quite correct. Queues actually do sort by date AND time. We just wish for the time to be a displayable in addition to the date in the Queue column for the Created and Updated fields.
