Problem description
Currently, request type categories will get displayed in alphabetical order on the customer portal.
Some of these categories are used much more than others, making an alphabetical ordering less efficient.
Suggestion
It would make it more convenient to have the ability to order the sequence of request type categories in which they appear.

Hi everyone,
JIRA Service Desk 3.2 has been released and this feature is included in version 3.2. It's not possible to reorder request type groups. Details for this version can be found in the release notes: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedesk/jira-service-desk-3-2-x-release-notes-830281732.html.
