      Do you have any mechanism to use any function or code that can be assigned or embedded inside JIRA service desk to make JIRA tickets from customers assigned to my company helpdesk team round robin scenario without assigning them manually. Maybe it's already for JIRA 7 or JSD? we need this functionality and it would seem that if you could add it to a release?
