Problem Definition
When customers select an KB article in the customer portal, the article is rendered in a modal frame within the page which is not easy on the eyes.
The "Did this solve your problem?" just beneath the frame is also problematic because some customers may not realize that they must scroll down INSIDE the frame to view the full details of the article.
Suggested Solution
Allow KB articles to be loaded in a full page as opposed to within the frame.
