      Problem Definition

      When customers only have access to 1 Service Desk, the Help Center page does not add any value over the Service Desk portal itself.
      In this situation, it would be convenient to be able to disable the Help Center all together.
      Unless the customers gains access to multiple Service Desks, where the Help Center will provide an overview of all the Service Desks they can get to.

            Any progress on this? I have a service project that is in Norwegian only, but the help center still has english as default language. This is just confusing, as i cant change the default language of the help center.

            We need the ability to disable the top level Help Center, regardless of if the user has access to more than one Service Desk.

            Any updates on this? The Help Center is very irritating for our customers and makes no sense, as we only have 1 Project.

            We also only have 1 service desk project and having a link to the Help Center portal is frustrating for users. We would therefore also really benefit from disabling the link if we have only 1 project. thanks

            We only have 1 Service Desk project, but we've added others and then deleted them, perhaps thats part of the issue?
