Problem Definition
When customers only have access to 1 Service Desk, the Help Center page does not add any value over the Service Desk portal itself.
In this situation, it would be convenient to be able to disable the Help Center all together.
Unless the customers gains access to multiple Service Desks, where the Help Center will provide an overview of all the Service Desks they can get to.
