      If you are logged in in the portal and you choose Requests (upper right corner), then you get by default all the requests filtered by: 'Created by me'. I cannot adjust this to: 'Created by anyone' by default.

            We need the ability to adjust the filters so they are set "standard" for all users. There are only certain statuses we use in our org and only certain request types we use - we should be able to select these as the "standard default filters" so nothing else appears in the picklist of options to choose for the defaults. Basic functionality!

            I am amazed as we start looking into the portal use how many standard things are NOT available that are simple/basic features. We shouldn't have to download a third party extension/application to accomplish such basic/standard functionality. This is ridiculous.

            Hi, if you want to create filters on the Requests page you can check out the functionality of our app My Requests Extension for JSM. It should help.

            This would be extremely helpful. Sometimes a user is added as a participant, and it isn't going to be in their mind to have to change the filter every time to see anything they are involved in.

            I also would this this would be usefule, but the feature ("reported by anyone") does NOT even work. When I select it, it still acts like reporter = currentUser(). I will create another Issue on this as well as ask for an ability to customize the fields and sort order of the customer facing Request page.
