If you are logged in in the portal and you choose Requests (upper right corner), then you get by default all the requests filtered by: 'Created by me'. I cannot adjust this to: 'Created by anyone' by default.

Було б чудово повернути попередні налаштування фільтру за замовчуванням, а саме, щоб по замовчуванню відбирало записи "Створені мною".
