Set default request filter in customer portal

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      If you are logged in in the portal and you choose Requests (upper right corner), then you get by default all the requests filtered by: 'Created by me'. I cannot adjust this to: 'Created by anyone' by default.

      With the new Feature "Multiple Help Centers", the default filter was set to "All users".
