Suggestion
Currently, when knowledge base articles are displayed in the help center, only the actual content is present and no additional fields can be selected. In certain circumstances, administrators may want to display the author of an article, so that users can reach out to them, or simply making it more personal. In some cases, the creation and/or modification date of the article also yields information of how recent and actual the article may be.
Proposed solution
Make the layout of knowledge base articles in the help center and the displayed fields configurable, preferably from the administration UI.
