As a Service Desk Agent who writes a comment to the customer and misspelled words, i want to prevent that a new mail notification is send to the customer.
Please add a similar check box as i have in Confluence.
There are already feature request for JIRA Core. Because Service Desk use his own comment field (com.atlassian.servicedesk:service-desk-comment-field) it must also be implemented by Service Desk.
