Would like a notifications checkbox for comments in JIRA

      When I make a comment in JIRA, it sends it to all watchers. That's great but what if I need to make changes to my comment--like fix a typo. I would like a notifications checkbox that I can unselect if I don't want to bother everyone with that minor change. Confluence has the notifications checkbox but JIRA doesn't. Any way to easily add this feature to the comment area for JIRA tickets?
