Problem Definition
- At this moment, if you are defining fields for your customer request portal, there is no option to organize the fields in tab as in JIRA. This is due to there is no screen functionality in JSD.
- If you are appending a large number of field for the customer request portal, the users will need to do a lot of scrolling action which is not convenient.
