Summary:

      Comment button is not working when clicked. This is only happen in Firefox or IE and when moving through tickets using the Service Desk Queues Feature.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. As the Agent access a Service Desk project.
      2. By Default, there should be several queues created.
      3. Create a new Request.
      4. Back to the Queue and open a ticket.
      5. Click on the "Return to queue" on the top right of the ticket.
      6. Click another ticket and click on the comment button.

      Expected Result:

      • The page will be redirected to the comment field on the button with it expanded and ready for the comment.

      Actual Result:

      • While there is an animation of the button being clicked, it did not actually did anything.
      • In firefox developer tools console a NS_ERROR_FAILURE is observed.

      Workaround:

      • Refresh the page.
