      Problem Definition

As a Service Desk Agent, I would like to have the ability to export any queue from the SD view, instead of copying the queue query to Issue Navigator.

      Suggested Solution

Include an option to Export Service Desk Queues to CSV or Excel (HTML) to be used in reporting

      Workaround

Copy the JQL Query used in the Service Desk Queue into the Issue Navigator Search and use the export options there

The better solution that I found for that problem without buy the add-on is: install Selenium an add-on for my browser (Chrome in this case, but is avalible for others browsers), this app, allow you to record an action that you do on a web page and reproduce it all the times that you need. So with this way you can configure one time all yours queues and then execute the script in all the projects that you need.

Will this be added? It's helpful to manage and review on our own with export function for non-technical person. Excel can do much more analysis.

Copy and paste all issues column will be a heavy job..

To communicate with cross-functional personnels, I think a lot of PMs in organizations still need output function.

We recently used the Confirmation Manager for Jira Tool to export projects and it brought none of the queues over so being able to export queues would be very helpful.

For a product that has been around for a while and is hyped up. It seems to have some fairly large gaps. Fancy only being able to do graphical reports and not being able to do a simple download or report from your recently completed queue or outstanding queue. Really?
