Jira Service Management: Open queue issues in issue navigator
We've recently released and are rolling out a quality of life improvement to help Agents export queues via the Global Issue Navigator without copying and pasting JQL.
You are now able to quickly open a snapshot of your current queue in the Global Issue Navigator and export to CSV or XLSX.
In future we will continue to explore further improvement to our queues experience and will keep you updated.

Problem Definition
As a Service Desk Agent, I would like to have the ability to export any queue from the SD view, instead of copying the queue query to Issue Navigator.
Suggested Solution
Include an option to Export Service Desk Queues to CSV or Excel (HTML) to be used in reporting
Workaround
Copy the JQL Query used in the Service Desk Queue into the Issue Navigator Search and use the export options there
