      Please, can we allow removing Atlassian / Jira branding on the service desk portal (including the footer), like we are able to do with other commercially available cloud service desks. Consistent branding across all of our tools is important to any organisation.

      NB: This is not a duplicate of JSD-22 or JSD-982, which are requests for self-customisation of the templates. This request is not asking for custom HTML/CSS or branding customisation, this is request is purely to remove the existing Atlassian/Jira branding.

      With this branding completely removed, we can then create our own branding wrap-around your the Atlassian service desk portal (by means of iframes or other means).

      Additionally, being able to remove the version of Jira/Service Desk is useful for security purposes.

            I want in the very least to be able to remove any and all version information shown publicly anywhere.  Well that and a limited customer portal server with a limited account that only sees what you gave access to.  Having to expose your administration interface publicly is nasty.

            From security audits we receive warnings because of the version of Jira Service desk mentionned on the portal, visible to everyone.
            Given that information about vulnerabilities of versions of Jira are well documented online, it makes possible for people with bad intentions to misuse those two information and it is therefore a threat for the security of companies using Jira Service Desk.
