Allow portal users to sort their "My requests" view by issue key

      Currently the customer portal doesn't show the issue Id until the issue is selected, we would like to be able to see the JIRA issue reference Id in the "My requests" view so that users can sort their list by it.

      edit: by issue and reference Id I mean the issue key, for an example this issue is JSD-3183
