The first version at which this has been reported is 2.5.4

      Notes

These log entries are warning messages, and do not indicate any actual issues or errors on the environment. The messages are a result of not properly handling and processing certain events, and subsequently printing in the log files.

As such, these warning messages can get ignored as these impose no threat on the environment.
