      Summary

      The atlassian-jira.log file shows warning messages regarding automation rule events.
      The error messages look as follows:

      These warning messages only show up in environments using Service desk.
      The first version at which this has been reported is 2.5.4

      Notes

      These log entries are warning messages, and do not indicate any actual issues or errors on the environment. The messages are a result of not properly handling and processing certain events, and subsequently printing in the log files.

      As such, these warning messages can get ignored as these impose no threat on the environment.
