Steps to produce:
- Navigate to Customer Portal and add a new Request Type using a Cyrillic symbol name as a Request Name (for instance use тест)
- Go to View Customer Portal, and create a Customer Request in the Request Type that was created earlier.
- Click on the Create button
Expected Behavior:
The request is created
Actual Result:
The request is not created and no Error appears in the logs nor the UI.
Problem is reproducible on IE8, IE9, and IE10.
