Problem Definition
The Time Tracking Report enables us to track time for issues. Currently this is not available for Service Desk Projects but is included in Software and Business Projects only.
Suggested Solution
Include Time Tracking Report to JIRA Service Desk Projects.

When I was logging time spent on Service Desk issues, I assumed there was a way to report on that data. This is an obvious need for any Service Desk user who charges its customers on an hourly basis for support.
EDIT: I now see that this is somewhat covered by the Cloud Apps ecosystem. Still, this seems like basic functionality that I should not have to pay a 3rd party for. See feature request here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Ticket-Time-Tracking-Report/qaq-p/1359654
