Summary
Using some image types causes Service Desk to fail silently.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Service Desk Portal
- Edit the Portal
- Attempt to use a light logo with opacity.
Expected Results
- JIRA Service Desk should accept this image as a logo if it is a valid image.
- JIRA Should show an error if it can not accept the image for whatever reason.
Actual Results
- JIRA Service Desk accepts the image, but fails silently to save the image as a logo for the Service Desk
- The Image can not be uploaded to be the Service Desk Logo.
