Unable to upload some images as logos for Service Desk

Summary

Using some image types causes Service Desk to fail silently.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Service Desk Portal
2. Edit the Portal
3. Attempt to use a light logo with opacity.

Expected Results

1. JIRA Service Desk should accept this image as a logo if it is a valid image.
2. JIRA Should show an error if it can not accept the image for whatever reason.

Actual Results

1. JIRA Service Desk accepts the image, but fails silently to save the image as a logo for the Service Desk
2. The Image can not be uploaded to be the Service Desk Logo.
