    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a Service Desk project

[JSDSERVER-2415] Consider making possible to view JIRA Core reports in a Service Desk project type

Agree with IT - the workaround is good but it really needs integrating into the Service Desk by default.

It's hard to sell JIRA service desk into Senior Management when I can't easily demonstrate reporting functionalities without needing workarounds.

            Thanks

Thanks for the workaround but it would be nice to have the JIRA default reports available in Service Desk too by default.

            Hi psilveira

With the recent updates to JIRA, it is now the project type that will determine which reports are shown.

While this is not a bug, I will move the issue to a Suggestion, that it be possible to see Core + Service Desk reports in the same project type.

            Regards
