As a service desk customer, I would like the ability to embed the service desk portal into another website

      It would be great if I could embed the service desk into a current website that I already have to keep the troubled users within their current user experience.

            Thank you for your interest in this issue.

            While this suggestion has gathered significant interest, we're unable to implement all of the excellent suggestions you make. We don't plan to work on this for the foreseeable future. This suggestion will be reviewed in about 12 months time, at which point we’ll consider whether we need to alter its status.

            After careful review of the most pressing needs of our customers, we've decided to prioritise other areas of the Jira Service Management roadmap, some of them including your highly voted suggestions.

            We hope that you appreciate our candid and transparent communication. You can read more about our approach to highly voted suggestions here, and how we prioritise what to implement here.

            To learn more about our recent investments in Jira Service Management and Data Center, please check our public roadmap and our two dashboards containing recently resolved issues, and current work and future plans.

            The survey link does not resolve.  Is this request being worked?  Or, has it been placed on the back burner?  Our Atlassian SDLC suite is all Server Edition.  We would like to be able to embed the JSD widget (or something similar) into our intranet webpages.  Can someone please advise on this?  Thank you, Matthew

            Agree with Linda - we would like to have a Wordpress front end and integration to Service Desk Server.

            Did this ever go anywhere? 

            I'd like to see a simple widget capability in JSD Server — just like the one in cloud.  It should work just like this.  See lower right of screen.

            Request was created in 2013, and Atlassian issued survey in Jan 2017 to collect input.  Now 2.5 years later and still nothing, not even a response to comments posted here.  What is the status?  Why is there no integration to embed Service Desk in Confluence site?  Very disappointed.
