            Hi,

In this case , i think it takes the default language.

            Bonjour,

Dans ce cas, je crois qu'il prend la langue par défaut du système.

            Hi,

How can I change the language of a customer that use no licences?

            Regards

            Marine

This issue will be rectified with the next translation bundles update.

That key-val seems new, so it hadn't been in previous update of language pack.

hoaphan, dnguyen@atlassian.com Can you investigate what is happening with the confirmed and resolved messages seemingly not being translated?

            Same problem for me.

For the comments, everything is right.

But for confirmed and resolved emails, the subject is still in english.

It's the same for the "request confirmed" message. That one stays in english as well.

Edit: Or at least the Subject line. The message seems to be ok now.

Same problem here, the resolved-Message stays in english. Is there any possibility to translate this auto generated message on our own (via a translation file etc.)?

            Hi,
I have updated on JSD 3.0.2, but ...
Customer can not change the language in their Profile, they can only change the time zone. So i thought the Email text is in the system default language.
But is a Mix between system default and english ?
We has JSD as German and the Email text is:

            Email

            Hallo Planta Kunde, <- German

The request has been resolved. <- English

Yupe maccamlc1, it should also be fixed on 3.0.1 for BTF.
