Original: h3. Summary Customer notifications doesn't follow the User Profile. It remains in English no matter what language the profile or JIRA is in h3. Steps to Reproduce # Install JIRA for Service desk, set up Outgoing Mail and create a new SD project # Create a normal user # Log in as this user and change the profile to another language (eg. French) # As this user, create a request via Customer Portal h3. Expected Results # This user receives an email in French (or whichever language they configured) h3. Actual Results # The user will receive an email in English h3. Notes # In JIRA 6, the email will be based on the language of the user profile h3.Workaround No known workaround
