We use Jira Service Management and we see it necessary to use several service desk portals for one project, I explain our case we work developing a product / service, this is represented in Jira with a project but we have multiples customers (our customers are companies) with different conditions, so we would need to set up different Service Projects or different service customer portals that point to the same project.
