We use JIRA Service Desk and we see the necessary to use several service desk portals for one project, I explain our case we work developing a product / service, this is represented in JIRA with a project but we have multiples customers (our customers are companies) with diferents conditions , so we would need to set up differents Service Desks or different service customer portals that point to the same project.
