Summary
In the Service Desk Queue(s) Display, somehow one ticket details is stuck on the below screen.
Screenshot is attached to this ticket.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open an issue from a queue
- Resolve the issue
- Switch to a different queue
Expected Result
Only the queue should show
Actual Result
The issue remains rendered under the queue
Note
This also happens with issue actions other than resolve.
