summary
Customer Request Type field value is wiped out if the field is included in the Edit Issue screen, and the Issue is edited.
steps to reproduce
- edit the Screen configuration so that the Edit Issue screen includes the Customer Request Type field;
- open a Service Desk request;
- as an agent, edit the Issue (Customer Request Type will be hidden).
Expected result: the Issue is edited normally.
Actual result: after saving the changes, the Customer Request Type value will be cleared. This means that the reporter cannot access the request anymore.
