      Customer Request Type field value is wiped out if the field is included in the Edit Issue screen, and the Issue is edited.

      steps to reproduce
      1. edit the Screen configuration so that the Edit Issue screen includes the Customer Request Type field;
      2. open a Service Desk request;
      3. as an agent, edit the Issue (Customer Request Type will be hidden).

      Expected result: the Issue is edited normally.
      Actual result: after saving the changes, the Customer Request Type value will be cleared. This means that the reporter cannot access the request anymore.
